My Vintage Christmas Wish List

Hello lovelies!

I am normally not a Christmas person, as this time of year has bad memories attached to it, but I figured I would make a nice little list of what yours truly would like if Santa were to make a pit stop at my house (or I became rich!). This will be a no-holds-barred list, including some of the most expensive vintage items I have gushed over as well as things that are a little more reasonable.

So what do you all think? Are any of the items on my wish list on yours as well? What else is on your wish list? Every vintage gal has her own wish list, and it never goes away – it likely gets longer! I have managed to luckily get a few items on my wish list this year, but of course there’s always more!

  2. What a cool wish list! A few of these items are one mine for sure, too (such as Victory pin and a timelessly elegant 1940s suit). I hope that Santa brought you some of these lovelies and that the rest will come your way asap.

Thank you deeply for your wonderfully nice comments on my wig reveal post yesterday, dear Holly. I replied there, but just had to tell you again how every much I appreciate your support, sweetness and thoughts on this topic.

    Have a gorgeous Wednesday, hon!

    • Thank you Jessica! I have yet to find a nice 1940s suit, since I am of the larger variety and you don’t see any suits that have anything over a 30 inch waist. I intend to try and lose some weight despite my medical maladies, so maybe if I come through on that I’ll treat myself to a nice suit πŸ™‚

And no problem on the support! I like to help good peoples πŸ™‚ And BTW, if you would like, look at some wigs on eBay and see what versions you may like that ship to the US. I know it can be a tad unreasonable for shipping to a country that is only above here, so if you’d like you can send it to me and then I’ll send it to you (and don’t worry about paying me for the shipping either – it’s not that much). There are several who have decent shipping or even free shipping to the US, so you can save there and get yourself some good variety on wigs. Some I’ve seen even allow heat styling without ruining the wig and don’t cost an arm and a leg. Let me know if you want to do that, seriously – I like to let out some good karma from time to time πŸ™‚

  3. […] if I hadn’t? I would have missed out on a huge opportunity to own one of the items from my Christmas Vintage Wish List – and it was number two on my list, so it was pretty important for […]
